During checkout, please enter all the details including the preferred date and time for your delivery and the name and contact number for the person who will be receiving your purchase to ensure efficient processing of your order. Once your order is processed, we will contact you via telephone to verify the purchase and then send an order confirmation email.
Special delivery items are made to our local store for pickup, rather than to a residence or business. This allows us to leverage our current shipping and handling operations and to keep our prices low. Online product pricing includes standard shipping, handling and all duties and taxes.

There are no returns on chemicals, pool heaters, heat pumps, electrical items, or any pool cleaner, Fishing tackle and equipments may be returned within 30 days of receipt by you. Credit will be issued upon return of item(s) subject to the following terms: You must contact us via e-mail giving us the order number and item number and we will respond within two business RGA (Return Goods Authorization) number. No item will be accepted for return without this number. We will indicate where the item should be shipped to, freight prepaid. Items for return must be UNUSED, in their original packaging, presentable for sale, and with all warranty cards, manuals, etc. Chemicals and special order items are not returnable. Items which are drop shipped from the manufacturer are subject to the manufacturer’s return policy.
Returned items and refused items are to be charged a 15% restocking fee and all shipping charges. Defective or warranty items are treated as warranty claims, not as a return. Orders refused at time of receipt are subject to freight charges both ways. Once items are installed they are covered under the manufacture warranty. For warranty items the manufactures have to be contacted. There are no refunds for warranty items.
